Among them, Baheal Pharmaceutical Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Changping District Government to accelerate the construction of innovative in vitro diagnostic reagent R&D, transformation and production platform under Baheal Pharmaceutical Group. Tarcine Biotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tarcine") is a holding company of Baheal Biodiagnostics under Baheal Pharmaceutical Group. As an immune R&D and production platform, Tarcine is mainly engaged in the development and industrialization of human major disease early warning and early diagnosis technology, and has a complete IVD product declaration, production and sales system and experience. To further meet the needs of industrial development, Tarcine will expand the R&D and transformation base of innovative in vitro diagnostic reagents in Changping District.
